Proper Summer skin care routine and Summer hacks

Proper skincare is needed at this time to protect against the uncomfortable and patchy heat of summer. Apply sunscreen lotion all over the face, neck, and hands before going out, and use an umbrella and sunglasses. Wear only light-colored loose clothes.




*To cleanse the skinApply good cleansing milk or lotion on the face and neck and massage it in a circular motion then remove it with wet cotton and wash with any kind of face wash. After washing your face, gently apply few drops of rose water or any kind of toner.

   *Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water throughout the day and splash cold water on your face at least five to six times a day. It helps to calm down your face and relieves tiredness from your face. Bath two to three times a day and wash your underwear every day.

*What to eat: Drink a glass of water with Lemon juice and honey on an empty stomach in the morning. Avoid oily and spicy grilled foods.

  *Steam twice a week, as a result, the pores will be cleansed and the skin will be brighter. In the case of oily skin, you need to be more careful. Clean your face with an oil-free face wash twice a day.

  *For normal to dry skin, mix the same amount of cucumber juice and rose water as a toner and fill it in a bottle and keep it in the fridge for a week. When you come back from outside, just apply this toner with a cotton ball and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes then rinse with cold water. This toner helps to calm down your face from the heat, suntan tan, and makes your skin brighter. 

  *In case of oily skin, you can mix one tablespoon of cucumber juice and few drops of lemon juice and use it as a toner.
    Don't forget to apply sunscreen gel or lotion during the daytime or before going out.
