5 best Exercises to Improve your eyesight

Description: 

 The most attractive and essential part of our body is our eyes. Our eyes are the center of our vision and beauty. We need the most care for our eyes. At least, 8 hours of sleep a day is very important to keep our eyes healthy. 
 * Here are 5 basic exercises that will keep your eyesight healthy.

Exercise 1:-

 Blink your eyes for a minute. Keep opening and closing your eyelids for a minute. This exercise helps to regulate blood circulation. This exercise is an excellent way to relax your eyes. Do this exercise regularly for better results. 

Exercise 2:- 

 First, close your eyes then bring your hands to your eyes lightly. Pressed your fingers very gently, then open your eyes and blink a few seconds, close your eyelids, and press them with your fingers for 2-3 seconds. 




Exercise 3:- 

 Close and open your eyes. Close your eyes for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, open your eyes gently and do it again for a minute. This exercise helps to relax your eyes, improve your eyesight and regulate blood circulation in your eyes. 

Exercise 4:- 

Move your eyeballs up and down. Slowly move your eyeballs upward. Then move your eyeballs downward. Repeat this exercise 5-6 times. Keep doing this exercise for a minute. 

Exercise 5:- 

Circulation movement of the eyes. Move your eyeballs clockwise to the anti-clockwise direction. Don't move your head, Just move your eyes slowly. Do this exercise 15-20 times a day. 
Do these exercises 2-3 times a day at least for 5 minutes to improve your eyesight.
