      In this second wave of Covid-19, it is very important to us that we must boost our immune system. Especially the people over the age of 30 at this age our immune system become very low. Here are some simple home remedies that can help us to boost our immune system, if you make them part of your daily routine we'll also see what makes these remedies so special. 

1) Turmeric and Ginger tea:
One of the best parts of home remedies is that it has no side effects and it can be used by anyone from young to old. Ginger has a strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect. The medicinal properties of turmeric can boost the immune system. It has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties.
So, for making this turmeric and ginger tea, first, we need three cups of water then add 2 tbsp of turmeric powder and one-fourth of the Ginger piece. After boiling It, let it be cooled down and consumed on a daily basis. 



2) Lemon water: 
Ready to see what a single ingredient can do for you. It is considered good for the immune system and it can also help in weight loss if consumed on empty stomach every morning. Lemon has natural antioxidants that can improve our immune system. Vitamin C present in lemon can increase white blood cell production. You may not like lemon early in the day but your body will appreciate its benefits in the long run.
for making this, first, we need a cup of warm water with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. 




3) Amla, Ginger, and Black pepper:
Amla is known as Indian gooseberry, an excellent source of vitamin C, which helps boost our immunity. Black paper is replete with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, it contributes to overall wellness tremendously. 
   first, we need one glass of warm water then add one tablespoon of Amla juice, add one tablespoon of Ginger juice and half a tablespoon of black pepper, and you can add some honey if you want to, mix all these things together and drink it.




4) Honey and Garlic:
 It might sound like an odd combination, but the qualities of these two ingredients complement each other in every way. Honey contains medicinal properties, honey has the ability to protect the body against bacteria and fungi. Honey's antioxidant and anti-bacterial properties can help boost our immunity. Garlic contains Allicin, and it is a strong antibiotic. 
     For making this, take few peeled garlic cloves and put them in a jar filled with honey. Let it keeps for the next 5 days and place this Jar in the refrigerator and take one clove of garlic with one tablespoon of honey every day.
