 A proper diet chart is key to a beautiful and healthy life. Simple diet chart for weight loss. 

In this diet plan, you can have your regular tea, Bread-vegetables and also you get to eat something tasty every two hours. This 1200 calories diet plan will not only keep your calories in control but will also help you in weight loss. Besides, taking care of your taste buds! Both males and females can follow this diet plan. 
Start your morning with warm water, honey, and lemon. Take a glass of warm water and add half lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey. Make it fresh every morning but don't reheat it as it kills some of the useful enzymes present in Honey. This drink will melt away body fat and also flush out toxins from your body. It will also boost your immunity and helps clear your skin. 


   Next, the meal is Tea with 2 biscuits. Try using low-fat milk and Jaggery instead of sugar. Breakfast is the most important meal of your day. For this, let's first cook Masala Oats. Those who don't like Oats, please do try this recipe. This dish is loaded with vegetables, making it delicious and nutritious. Green peas, Carrots, Capsicum and Beans, etc. Take a saucepan, add half a spoon of Olive oil or cooking oil. Half spoon of black mustard seeds, 2 cloves of garlic, pinch of turmeric powder, and 1 large tablespoon of chopped carrots and capsicum. Mix it well. Add 1 cup of water, then 1 large spoon of Green peas, 1 large spoon of chopped onion, 1 large spoon of chopped tomatoes now add 1 large spoon of Oats. Add a pinch of salt, red Chill powder, and dhaniya (Cumin) powder. We have taken all ingredients as per 1 serving only. You may adjust the quantity as per your requirement. These Oats will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes alone with masala oats we will take on fresh apples. This combination will provide you energy throughout the day. 2 hours after breakfast have a bowl of fresh fruits, have any seasonal fruits except Bananas like Oranges, Strawberries, Pineapples, Grapes, and raspberries, etc. Fruits are low in calories and provide your body with the essential nutrients and fiber.

   For lunch, you have to take your regular daal/sabzi with two rotis(bread). You can add Raita to your meal if you want. For this Raita, we will take a bowl of fresh homemade Curd/yogurt. Add one grated cucumber to this. Then add 1 tablespoon of flax seeds powder (optional) and mix it well. For taste, add a little salt, black pepper, and roasted cumin powder. Flax seeds have a good amount of fiber content and prevent constipation. They also help lower cholesterol levels and it's very important for daily diet. Half an hour after lunch have a cup of Green tea that will help digest your food quickly. To prepare green tea boil a cup of water and switch off the gas then add 1 tablespoon of green tea and cover it with a lead for about 10 minutes. Then strain it and drink it hot. 



In the evening, All of us love to drink tea or coffee. But, I suggest you to drink Green tea instead of Milk tea or coffee. You can eat kiwis, Nuts, bananas with almond butter, apple slices with peanut butter or any healthy smoothie. But, please avoid any oily, spicy foods. 

For dinner, we will prepare a very delicious soup with lots of vegetables that will give you fullness for long. Take a saucepan, for one bowl of soup take one bowl of water. You may adjust the quantity. Add 1 large spoon of chopped carrots, 1 large spoon of chopped capsicum, 1 large spoon of chopped beans and 1 large spoon of corn, 1 large spoon of chopped onion and half spoon of grated ginger, 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped mix it well adds a pinch of salt, You can add more vegetables like 1 large spoon of Green peas, 1 large spoon of tomatoes. The soup should be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. In the serving bowl add half lemon. 
        Similarly, for lunch try a different daal or sabzi every day with no or very little oil and spices. You may even replace roti with a bowl of boiled rice. For dinner, you may experiment with different vegetables every day for variety, if you have a leftover dal/sabzi you may add it to your soup in enhanced taste and nutrition. You have to take a minimum of 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. Also, you can walk or jogging for at least 15 minutes every day for better results.
