 Indian cheese is also known as Paneer, is loaded with the goodness of healthy fats, proteins, and Nutrition. Paneer is also rich in calcium. Almost everyone likes to eat Paneer recipes. Especially vegetarians love to eat paneer and often make Paneer recipes. Paneer is a recipe that can be made in many ways.

How to make Paneer Pasanda Recipe?

Ingredients:- 

250 grams of Paneer or Indian cheese,
2 tablespoons of mustard seeds,
3 tablespoon of poppy seeds,
Half Bowl of Crush Coconuts,
50 grams of Cashew nuts,
100 grams of Raisins,
Two cardamoms,
Two Cloves,
Cooking Oil,
Salt (per taste)
Sugar (per taste)

Method:-

First, cut the Paneer or Indian cheese into small pieces. Then put mustard seeds, poppy seeds, and Cashew nuts together in a mixer/blender and grind it well. 
Now, turn on the oven and put a pan on it, then add some oil. Fry all the pieces of Paneer, till light brown. Then mix grinned mustard seeds, poppy seeds, and Cashew nuts paste with some water and stir well.     
 After a few minutes, add crushed coconuts, Salt, and a small amount of sugar as per taste and stir well. When the gravy thickens, add some raisins to it. You can also add some green chilies. And now our Paneer pasanda recipe is ready to serve.
