Easy 15 Minutes Restaurant-Style Fried Rice Recipe | Fried rice recipe




Simple and Easy Fried Rice Recipe


Ingredients:- 

Basmati Rice,
Refined oil,
Water,
Onions,
Pure Ghee,
Cardamoms,
Cinnamon,
Clove,
Chili,
Bay leaves,
Cashew nuts,
Raisins,
Mace,
Salt,
Sugar,
Lemon juice,
Orange Food color (optional)

Cooking time:- 15-20 minutes

 Method:- 

1) First, take Basmati Rice as much as you need and wash the Basmati Rice in clean water. Then soak the Basmati Rice in water for 10 minutes and keep it aside. Now, heat up a Pan (Kadai) and add some refined oil and then add chopped onions, fry the chopped onion pieces until light brown and crispy.

 2) Heat up a pressure cooker and add Pure Ghee. When the cooker heats up, add the dried ingredients- cloves, bay leaves, mace, cardamoms, cinnamon, dry chili, and a green chili and fry these all Spices (masala) till you get a nice aroma. After 1 minute, add some Cashew nuts and Raisins. Then fry another minute on low flame.

3) Now add soaked Basmati Rice. Mix and cook for about a minute on medium flame. After a minute, add water. Use the same cup that you used to measure the Basmati Rice. If you took 5 cups of Rice then you need to add 5 cups of water. Add a small amount of sugar (as per taste) and salt (as per taste). Then close the lid of the pressure cooker and just wait for a whistle and keep the flame high. 

4) After 1 whistle, opens the lid of the pressure cooker and you can see Fried Rice came out perfect. Now add that fried crispy onions and gently mix them well. After that, take one tablespoon of lemon juice and add a pinch of Food color to it. Then mix it well. When you add food color with lemon, the flavor of Fried Rice(Pulao) comes out very nice. 

5) Then add a little amount of pure Ghee. Finally Our Authentic Fried Rice (pulao) is ready to serve. Serve this Fried Rice with Chicken or any dish you like.
