Simple Chicken Curry Recipe For Bachelors | Restaurant Style Chicken Curry




Simple Chicken Curry 
    Almost everyone likes to eat Chicken. Chicken contains a higher amount of Omega 6 fatty acids and high in protein, vitamins, minerals. Apart from protein, chicken is also full of calcium and phosphorous, which helps to strengthen bones and builds muscle.

*Cooking time:- 30-40 minutes    
*Servings:- 6-7

Ingredients:- 

800 gram. Chicken
Onions (4-5) medium
Tomatoes- 2 medium
Coriander leaves
Bay leaves- 2
Dry Red Chili- 2
Black Cardamoms (crushed)-1
Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp.
Cooking oil
Salt (as per taste)
Ginger paste- 2 tbsp
Garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder- 1/4
Red chili powder- 1 tbsp (as per taste)
Turmeric powder- 3 tbsp
Coriander powder- 3 tbsp
Cumin powder- 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder- 1 tbsp

Method:- 

1) First, clean the chicken well with water and Preheat a Pan for 1-2 minutes.

2) Add 1/2 cup Cooking oil. Now add Cumin seeds, Dry red Chili, Bay leaves, and green Chili. Add chopped (4-5) Onions and stir it well. After a minute, add salt to taste, mix it well. Now cover it with a lid for 4-5 minutes. In every 2-3 minutes keep stirring, until your onion gets light brown. Now add spices (masala) like turmeric powder, red Chili powder and mix it well for 2 minutes. 

3) Add washed Chicken and stir it well for 5 to 10 minutes. Cover it with a lid for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add ginger and garlic paste, mix it well for 2 minutes. Then add all remaining spices- Black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix it well. Cover it for 10-12 minutes on low flame. 

4) After 10 minutes, add tomato paste. Stir it well for 2-3 mins. Add Garam masala to it. Now, chicken curry is going to be ready. But, if you want more gravy then add 1 cup water and cook it for 5-6 minutes on low flame. After 5 minutes turn off the flame. This chicken curry recipe is very simple and easily made within a short time. Finally, Delicious simple Chicken Curry is ready to serve.
